Oversize angle hinge eliminates horizontal play; Base and bed parallel to 0.004 inches (0.1 mm).
Jaw surfaces square to 0.002 inches (0.05 mm)
Less than 0.004 inches (0.1 mm) jaw deflection at 4,000 pounds clamping pressure.
Jaw opening equal to jaw width.
Solid iron construction with stress-relieved design.
Vise can be raised up to 45 degrees and securely locked in place for rapid angular set-ups without the use of blocks or wedges.
