DESCRIPTION CIMSTAR 60LF is a semi-synthetic metalworking fluid.
APPLICATION CIMSTAR 60LF was developed for use on ferrous and most non-ferrous materials. It can be used on cast iron, nodular iron, carbon steels, high speed steel, high alloy steels, stainless steels, and most aluminum alloys. Not recommended for use on magnesium or alloyed magnesium.
For use in moderate to heavy-duty machining and grinding applications, such as tapping, reaming, turning, drilling, internal grinding, and centerless grinding. It has the performance capabilities of soluble oils.
FEATURES & BENEFITS VERSATILE PRODUCT: Clean, water soluble semi synthetic product that contains an extreme pressure (EP) lubricant for superior grinding and machining capabilities.
CORROSION PROTECTION: Provides excellent corrosion control on both ferrous and most nonferrous metals.

FOAM CONTROL: Designed to be low foaming in soft water (less than 125 ppm total hardness).
