DESCRIPTION CIMPERIAL® 1011 is a soluble oil metalworking fluid.

APPLICATION CIMPERIAL® 1011 was developed for use on carbon steels, high speed steel, cast steels, alloyed steels, tool steels, stainless steel, cast iron, and most non-ferrous alloys. It should not be used on magnesium alloys. For use in heavy-duty operations including turning, drilling, tapping, reaming, gear cutting, and broaching.

FEATURES & BENEFITS LUBRICITY: Contains chlorine as an extreme pressure additive and mineral oil for physical lubrication. Provides smooth finishes and good tool life in tough machining and grinding operations.

ECONOMICAL: Can be used throughout the shop. Wide application on metals and operations. Minimizes requirements for storage, mixing, charging, makeup and maintenance. Residue can be removed with water or alkaline cleaners, no solvent degreasers required as with straight oils.

CORROSION PROTECTION: Rust inhibitors combined with the physical properties of oil prevent in-process corrosion on parts and machines.

MICROBIAL CONTROL: Exceptional bacteria and mold control. Ensures long fluid life and minimizes use of additives.
